Within our housing projects, each resident has a Support Worker who will work through a modular resettlement programme called Move-Out Move-On (MOMO). This programme is aimed at supporting all our residents towards the goal of independent living. Topics covered include Health & Wellbeing, Housing Options, Budgeting, Anti-social Behaviour, Education, Training and Employment and Sustaining a Tenancy.
Through our youth clubs, our Youth Workers deliver non-formal educational activities within the framework of our Youth Work Curriculum. They deliver bespoke, quality, universal open access services which are coherent and effective and based holistically around the 5 stages of youth development (Relationships, Health & Wellbeing, Personal Safety; Understanding Yourself & Participation).
Our Youth & Support workers are available to assist anyone needing assistance with finding education, training or employment opportunities. We can assist with applications, interview practice, or just having someone to talk through challenges, or give moral support.
