We recognise the importance of good health and wellbeing in young people, both physically and emotionally.

Having good health and wellbeing gives young people the confidence and ability to overcome and cope with barriers they may face in life.

Both our Support Workers (within our housing projects) and our Youth Workers (through our youth clubs and project work), offer a range of support and activities for young people around health and wellbeing.

Some of the activities and support include:

●  C-Card Scheme
●  Healthy relationships
●  Sport & Fitness opportunities
●  Drugs & Alcohol
●  Healthy Cooking

We also work closely with a number of agencies and organisations to provide additional support where needed.

If we can’t help, then we have great relationships with a wide range of specialist services who can.
