All young people have huge potential, but many struggle to achieve it because they lack the resources or self-belief; or an example to inspire them. Could you coach, challenge and inspire a young person to make the most of their future?

Working at YMCA Mendip & South Somerset is an opportunity to be a part of an organisation which is challenging, innovative, rewarding and fun! People choose to work at YMCA because they want to make a difference in the lives of young people.

We place young people at the heart of all we do and are committed to building an organisation that is responsive to the needs of young people and our stakeholders. By supporting our staff and volunteers to develop their talent and ideas, together we can make a difference. If you are passionate about helping young people and have skills to offer, we look forward to receiving your application.

YMCA Mendip & South Somerset is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. For more information, please contact recruitment@mendipymca.org.uk
